- Are any scholarships available for Computer science students?
- Please enquire at the scholarship counter in the office.
- Do I have to buy a computer in order to study computer science?
- The college provides computers for students to work during lab sessions and during extra hours too. However, many students have desktops at home and quite a few bring their laptops.
- What computer languages will I learn in B.Sc?
- We use languages to teach concepts in computer science. Generally, undergraduates learn C and C++.
- Do I have to complete a project in B.Sc. computer science?
- Yes, you have to complete a project in B.Sc. II year.
- I have completed B.Sc Computer Science. How can I join M.Sc.?
- You have to qualify in the entrance exam conducted by the college or by Osmania University and apply for admission in the college.
- Is it true that there aren't going to be any more jobs in IT?
- No, that's not correct. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of computer software engineers and computer programmers is projected to increase by 21 percent from 2008 to 2018.
- I want to be a programmer. Why should I take up CCNA?
- A good programmer can be better if she has knowledge of the nework across which the application will be distributed. So CCNA will help you become a better programmer.
- How do you enrol in CCNA?
- In the first year of graduation, you can apply at the counter. Classes are thrice a week from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
